VISN 21 consists of six medical facilities located at Fresno, Martinez, Palo Alto and San Francisco, California, Reno, Nevada and Honolulu, Hawaii. Some of these medical centers, in addition to the main location, have the responsibility for numerous community based outpatient clinics (CBOC) and inpatient medical centers throughout northern California. Any awarded contract(s) will include needed services for these outlying facilities. Contract(s) will be awarded for a base plus four option years.
