The services shall be provided one day a week, weekends, holidays and scheduled leave for the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, AR in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Contract period is 11-1-00 through 10-31-01 with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. Physicians must be certified, licensed, and attain and hold an in-force Professional Malpractice Insurance in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) during the contractual period along with other requirements as indicated in the solicitation package.
