Mumford (859)745-3127; David Hills (618)253-1039 The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, and incidental supplies necessary to perform various Cadastral Surveying Services in the Lusk Creek Wilderness Area of the Shawnee National Forest in Pope County, Illinois. The work will include 1) Corner Search; 2) Traverse Line; 3) Corner Monumentation; 4) Marking Property Line; 5) Refurbishing Existing Corners; 6) Refurbishing Existing Property Line; and 7) a Plat of Survey. Offerors will be required to submit completed Standard Form 254, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire and Standard Form 255, Architect-Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire for Specific Project, along with any additional informaation which addresses the following evaluation criteria and the requirements of the project. Evaluation Criteria include: 1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; 2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; 3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; 4) Past performance on contracts with Goverment agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; 5) Location in the general area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project; 6) Price, based on schedule of items in the solicitation. The selected contractor must be or must employ a surveyor licensed in the State of Illinois. This project is being solicited using the Requiest for Quotation (RFQ) format and is set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated price range for this project is less than $50,000.00.
