The contractor shall plan and conduct town hall meetings; collect culturally sensitive information, analyze and deliver reports, which include an inventory of current federal programs for AAPI; produce a plan of action for Fiscal Year 2001. The first commissioner's meeting and town hall meetings will be held during July 23 through July 28, 2000.
