The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITIONS PROCEDURES in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of the procurement is to research and develop materials for a report that will serve to inform the Advisory Committee on Training in Primary Care Medicine and Dentistry (Advisory Committee) on the future program structure and funding issues involved with achieving enhanced outcomes for the programs referenced in Section 747 of the PHS Act. The Advisory Committee will use this narrative as a basis of it's report to the DHHS Secretary and to Congress. The contractor will work closely with the Advisory Committee and several iterations of the report will be required before the final report is accepted. An oral presentation of the final report will be required. This negotiation will result in a Purchase Order with a period of performance of 12 months.
