The bilateral modification will be on a sole-source basis and will be for an increase of approximately $450,000.00 The increase in contract capacity is necessary to allow for the award of task orders to ensure adequate capacity for anticipated needs. The Alaska District is currently preparing another solicitation and has determined it to be in its best interest to add contract capacity to the current contract, Tetra Tech, due to their familiarity with the requirements.
