R -- MENTORING PROGRAM FOR WOMEN IN THE FIELDS OF ENGINEERING AND RELATED SCIENCES It is the intent of the Research and Special Programs Administration to negotiate solely on a sole source basis with MentorNet under the authority of FAR 6.302 to establish and maintain a mentoring program for female undergraduate and graduate students in the fields of engineering and related sciences. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a sole source requirement; no solicitation is available.
