Sources Sought: The Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for Lease and Maintenance of Washers and Dryers at Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB), Colorado. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, personnel, supervision, transportation and any other items or services necessary to perform lease and maintenance of washers and dryers at PAFB. Equipment for lease/maintenance includes Frigidaire Models FWT449GF and FSE/G748GF, or equal, for the lodging facilities. Dormitory equipment will require maintenance only for Government-owned equipment to include Whirlpool Models LSR7233EQ and LER4636EQ, and some Roper brand equipment. At this time, the award is contemplated as a set-aside for Small Business firms only. If two or more HUBZone-eligible business entities express a sincere interest in submitting a proposal for this requirement, the Contracting Officer may consider a HUBZone set-aside for this contract.
