be accepted for the Blue Ridge Parkway Project PRA-BLRI 2G11 in Watauga
County, North Carolina. The project consists of resurfacing, drainage
and other miscellaneous work from Milepost 291.7 at the NC Route 321
interchange, to Milepost 298.6 at Holloway Mountain Road. Project work
includes roadway excavation; placement of aggregate base; placement of
aggregate-topsoil; hot asphalt concrete pavement; installation of stone
curb and guardrail; removal and resetting of stone masonry; pavement
striping; erosion control mat; construction traffic control; and other
miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price
range of $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid documents are scheduled to be
issued on or about July 28, 2000. Bids will be due on or about August
