The project includes site development and construction of 35 family housing units on two sites at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The units shall consist of 13 -3 Br. units and 4-4br. units for Senior Non-commissioned Officers and 9-3br. units and 9-4 Br. units for Field Grade Officers. Two of the 3 Br. units will be handicap accessible .Existing buildings on the sites have been demolished.. The contractor shall provide roads and utilities to serve the development. The work will also include two combination bus stop and mailbox shelters, a jogging path, a play area and minor renovation to a existing NCO club to convert it into a Community Center. Some items and upgrades will be optional in the bid package. Magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $4,000,000.00 and $7,000,000.00. Duration of the project is 420 calendar days.
