PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, tools, and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Construct a 3,000 s.f. addition to the existing facility. Renovate one room of the existing building for a new mechanical room and office space. Extend existing utilities including sprinkler system into the new addition. Magnitude is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. Performance period is 150 calendar days.
