Work includes demolishing fan coil units and installing new air handling unit system, duct system, and control system, and a new mechanical room. It also includes demolition, reframing, and installation of a standing-seam metal roof. Primary SIC is 1711. Period of performance is 180 days for the HVAC work and 90 days for the roof. Magnitude of project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This acquisition is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILTY OF FUNDS.
