This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type Contract to furnish all equipment, personnel, supplies, fuel, maintenance, and supervision to perform various road construction and repair activities at and around Hords Creek Lake, Coleman, Texas, and O. C. Fisher Lake, San Angelo, Texas. Work includes rental of equipment, preparation of raw subgrade, road shoulder repair, new base course, scarifying/shaping existing base course, one and two course surface treatment, hot mix asphalt concrete pavement, hot mix asphalt concrete pavement, bituminous tack and prime coat, pavement patching, sealing joints and cracks in pavement and asphalt emulsion. Actual work performed will be authorized by task orders issued independently to the contractor during the term of the contract. The Government intends to issue this solicitation and all amendments through the use of the Internet. No additional media (CD ROMS, Floppy Disks, Faxes, or paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary.
