The work consists of replacing existing pneumatic control system with a digital system that controls the air handler units (AHU), all existing terminal units and the boiler. Replacing vane-type inlet air control on supply fans of AHU-1 and AHU-2 with variable frequency motor controllers. Replacing the discharge damper return air fan capacity modulation systems with variable frequency motor controllers on return fans. Provide air and water balancing for the systems, terminal units, supply air diffusers and return air grills. Estimated start work date is September 5, 2000 and performance time is 120 calendar days. The solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total contract price. Project sites are located in Jackson County, Medford District, Oregon. Project range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
