This will be an indefinite quantity contract for construction projects ranging from $50,000 to $1.6 million. The Government intends to make multiple awards (maximum of 5) to the offeror(s) whos offer represents the best value to the Government outlined in the solicitation. Offerors will be asked to submit technical proposals as well as price proposals for the sample project entitled "OHA/DOL/Customs Renovations, Cotter Federal Building, Hartford, CT.", estimated Cost Range between $500,000 and $1 million.
