intends to award a cost plus fixed fee order against Basic Ordering
Agreement (BOA), #N00019-99-G-1587, to Science and Applied Technology
(SAT), San Diego, in support of the Quick Bolt Advanced Concept
Technology Demonstration (ACTD) program. The order will procure
engineering and management studies for aircraft integration support,
engineering and management studies for weapons use and capabilities
enhancement support, spare and repair parts necessary to support flight
testing, fabrication and test of prototype hardware, repair and
refurbishment of support equipment, repair and refurbishment of
prototype hardware, software support (studies, design, code, algorithm
development and test) necessary to support flight testing, fabrication
and test of support equipment, technical data and logistics support of
the aforementioned items in support of and related to future testing
and weapons system integration of the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided
Missile (AARGM) and Quick Bolt programs. As the designer and developer
of the AARGM and Quick Bolt technologies, Science and Applied
Technology is the only known firm to posses the required knowledge and
capability to meet the Government requirement. See note No. 22!!
