tentatively take place on 14 August 2000 at the U.S. Naval Amphibious
Base, Little Creek, Norfolk, VA. The availability dates are tentatively
set for 06 November 2000 through 23 March 2001 with the work to take
place at the U.S. Naval Amphibious Base, Little Creek, Norfolk, VA. The
place of performance is restricted to the homeport. This is a best
value procurement utilizing past performance as an evaluation factor.
