99 -- FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF INTERPRETIVE EXHIBITS POC Shirley Fry, Contract Specialist Notice of intent to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Wilderness Graphics, Inc., for the fabrication and installation of three interpretive exhibits for the Edenton National Fish Hatchery, Edenton, NC. The Interactive Computer Exhibit; Decorative Banners Exhibit; and Touch Exhibit, were included in the Conceptual Exhibit Plan prepared by Wilderness Graphics, Inc., under a proceeding contract. A determination to not compete this proposed contract has been made since preliminary designs have been prepared; and in order to have continuity of the plan and consistency of design and fabrication.
