Proposed contract effort is to modify the existing tasking,'Multiple Weapons Effects Data' under the 'Precision Tests To Support Multiple Weapon Detonations' contract being performed by SRI International. This contract develops precision data to support the DTRA Hard Target Defeat Program and Structural Response & Mitigation Technology Program. The tasks to be executed by this modification are intimately related to the original contract. DTRA has determined that SRI has experience and knowledge necessary for fulfilling agency needs. SRI is the only responsible source having the resources and experience to accomplish this work within the required timelines.
