Services will include preliminary investigative services and design development to replace front entrance canopies on Buildings 200, 201 and 202, and replacing entrance ramp at Building 202. Work includes demolition of 3 canopies and the Building 202 ramp, and installation of new architecturally pleasing canopies and installation of ramp that meets the UFAS standards, painting, landscaping and other necessary items. Services will also include preparation of construction documents and drawings, as well as construction period services including site visits. Generation of a detailed construction cost estimate will be required. Selection will be based on recent specialized experience and professional capacity to accomplish the work, professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to this project. Estimated construction cost estimate range between $25,000 to $100,000. Area of consideration is restricted to small business firms located within the State of Oregon.
