In order to meet automation needs of ATEC resource management, the government intends to enter into a sole source contract with CACI, Arlington, VA,, a large business, for its proprietary software known as "RM Online". "RM Online" capabilities with regard to SOMARDS, STANFINS, Probe, PBAS, SAMAS, TAADS, ACPERS, DCPDS, reconciliation between these systems, ability for lowest levels of the command to have similar tailored capabilities, ability to share information horizontally and vertically across resource management disciplines, ability to summarize 218 data, build and review Web Schedules, link or tie in budget data into briefing charts, phased obligation plan development and review, automate the Joint Reconciliation Program, and manpower affordability reviews are essential, minimum requirements of system performance.
