Sources are being sought for a Commercial Activities/A-76 Study for the Navy Region Southeast Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Operations function. The function involves the management of the total work effort, including customer receipt fulfillment, inventory replenishment, inventory management, receipt, storage and issuance of material, HAZWASTE services, spill response services, etc. The current HAZMAT Operations are located at NAS Jacksonville, FL and FISC Jacksonville Detachments at Mayport, FL, Kingsville, TX, Corpus Christi, TX, Kings Bay, GA and Charleston, SC. Government furnished property/equipment will be turned over to the contractor to perform required services. The anticipated SIC for this acquisition is 8744, Facilities Support Management Services. Businesses, including their affiliates with annual receipts of $20,00,000 or less during the past 12 months are considered small businesses. Respondents must identify expertise in the above functions by submission of a capability statement and pastperformance information ((3-5)years, client, point of contact, estimated value). Respondents also must identify their business status, i.e., women-owned, Native-American, 8(a) or small business. Capability statement should not exceed 10 pages.
