The Department of Veterans Affairs, White River Jct., VT is soliciting proposals to provide 1 FTE Primary Care Physician for the period August 1, 2000, through October 31, 2000, with three 3-month options to renew the contract. The individual will be assigned to the Community Based Outpatient Clinic at Burlington, VT. The solicitation number is 405-75-00. This solicitation is issued as an RFP. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The acquisition is unrestricted. The standard industrial classificaiton (SIC) is 8011. Requirement is to provide 1 full time Primary Care Physician. Any individual proposed to provide services under this contract must hold the credentials of a board certified or board eligible medical practitioner in internal medicine, geriatrics, or other family practice medicine.
