The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Northrop Grumman for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) E-2T Software Requirements Conference with the Taiwan Air Force Weapon System Officers (WSO) and Software Development Lab(SDL) software personnel. The Conference will demonstrate future E-2T Mission Computer (MC) and Advanced Control Indicator Set (ACIS) configuration upgrades to the Taiwan representatives. This Conference will be used to define Taiwan software requirements for their future aircraft buys. Northrop Grumman has thirty years experience on the E-2T program and has provided the logistics support and specific software development for the aircraft and aircraft modifications.
