PRIVATIZATION SUPPORT CONTRACT REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence, Design and Construction Directorate (AFCEE) is contemplating an acquisition herein known as Privatization Support Contract (PSC). AFCEE is considering an associated Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract (MAC) for services potentially involving project identification/definition, solicitation development/proposal evaluation, real estate transaction closure, and project management for privatization of family housing for Air Force installations nationwide.
