This is a request for proposals for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. NONPERSONAL SERVICES: The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, transportation, and materials necessary to provide laundry, dry cleaning, and linen rental services to various facilities at Peterson AFB, Colorado. The Government contemplates award of a requirements-type contract with the basic period of performance 1 Aug 00 through 30 Sep 00, plus four (4) one-year option periods to begin O/A 1 Oct 00. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7218 and the Business Size Standard is $10.5M. All requests for subject solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist or via e-mail at regina.turner@peterson.af.mil. All documents will be e-mailed to prospective offerors upon request. In order to comply with DoD paperless acquisition initiatives, no paper documents will be produced or mailed to offerors.
