The project includes: Demolition/removal of three (3) condensing units and existing control system components. Supply and install three new A/C condensing units (one 7/1/2 ton and two 10 ton); including all necessary refrigeration piping, valves, evaporator coils, electrical wiring and other items necessary to create fully operational systems. Update existing Johnson Controls pneumatic control system to a Johnson Control D.D.C "metasys" system, which includes controls for the three new units and some designated changes to controls for existing equipment. And, all necessary wiring, plumbing, pipe installation, cutting and patching or other things necessary for a complete and fully operational system. A prebid conference shall be scheduled in the solicitation documents. Solicitation documents shall be available 07/28/00. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Contract completion time is 90 days.
