Work consists of approximately 300 feet of sidewalk construction, installation of low bollard lighting for the sidewalk and exterior lighting for the parking area. Furnish and install a 28 foot tall flagpole with lighting. Approximately 50,000 feet of area will be landscaped incluing shrubs, trees and grass seed and sod. An underground sprinkler system will also be installed as part of this contract. The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The approximate issue date is August 1, 2000 and the estimated open date is August 31, 2000. Estimated start work date is September 15, 2000.
