The principal components of the work include the repair of roofs at three sites which will consist of removing damaged or bubbled roofing down to the roofing underlayment, applying a minimum of 1-inch new foam base and granulated topcoat, removing and disposing of existing roof flashing, and furnishing and installing replacement flashing at the Roza Powerplant, Chandler Powerplant, and Yakima Field Office Electronics Building.
