Install new motorized dampers in ductwork for all constant volume, multizone Air Handling Units to make them variable air volume. Retrofit supply and return motors on Air Handling Units with High Efficiency Motors. Retrofit VFD's on each of the 2 main hot water circulating pumps. Replace all pneumatic 3-way control valves on Air Handling Units with new electric 2-way control valves. Reprogram and alter the current building EMS to include all changes from this project. One lump offer is required. The estimated price range for this project is between $500,000 and $800,000. The completion time for this project is 355 days.
