Roof, remove existing roofing; install new metal standing seam roofing, etc. Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. The total performance time is 335 days. WHILE FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE WITHIN AIR MOBILITY COMMAND TO FUND THIS PROJECT, WE ANTICIPATE FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE BY 16 NOVEMBER 2000. IF CURRENT FISCAL YEAR (FY00) FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE, CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE NOT LATER THAN 30 SEPTEMBER 2000. IF FY00 FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, THE PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED WITH FY01 FUNDS. WE EXPECT TO HAVE FY01 FUNDING BY 16 NOVEMBER 2000. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted and will be evaluated using Pricing/Performance Trade-Off and under the HUBZone Preference Program.This project may be considered for 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone concerns. Interested HubZone concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Office evidence of capability to perform, including references, bonding capacity, and points of contact for similar type work (SIC Code) in this dollar magnitude. If adequate interest is not received from HUBZone concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
