Location -- Base Bid Option 1, Cathey Pit. Cathey Pit is located on the Sacramento Ranger District approximately 14.8 miles south of Cloudcroft, NM. Travel south of Cloudcroft on State Highway (SH) 130 approx. 1.8 miles to the Junction of SH 130 and 6563. Then travel approx 13.0 miles south on SH 6563 to the access road to Cathey Pit. The pit can be reached by traveling 0.2 miles east on a native surfaced access road. Legal description -- Township 17 S, Range 12 E, Section 26, NMPM Otero County, NM. Location -- Base Bid Option 2, Bear Walla. The bear Walla stockpile area is located directly off of SH 6563 at MP 4.4. Stockpile area is west of SH 6563. 10. Offers must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items.
