The project consists of producing approx. 1,000 tons (metric) of Grading C chips and 30 tons (metric) of blotter sand from a FS material source, hauling and stockpiling these chips and sand to a site adjacent to the 4 kilometer mark on the Stanley Lake Road. This is approx. a 6-mile haul one way. Also included is producing stockpiling, on site, 5,000 tons (metric) of Grading E base course aggregate. The Elk Meadow Pit is located approx. 9 miles northwest of Stanley, Idaho, on State Route 21. The Stanley Lake Road is located approx. 5 miles northwest of Stanley, Idaho, on State Route 21.
