This is an amemdment to the previous CBD notice PSMS-00-C-02, for 8-1/2" x 11" white, non-recycled copy paper. The quantity was omitted. The quantity required is 1600 boxes. This is a combined synpsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be provided. A written solicitation will not be issued and any requests for a solicitation package will not be acknowledged. This synopsis shall serve as Request for Quotations numbered PSMS-00-C-02 which seeks written proposals for 1600 boxes of 8-1/2" x 11" white, non-recyled copy paper. Proposals will be accepted until close of business August 02,2000. This synopsis and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This acquisition will be processed using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Proposals received in response to this noticewill be considered for award to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest overall cost to the Government. Questions relating to this notice shall be submitted in writing no later than July 26, 2000 and sent via facsimile. Answers will be provided in writing via facsimile before time for proposals expires. This procurement is set aside for small business. The small business standard is under SIC code 5112 which is 100 employees or less.
