The 10th Air Base Wing, Operational Contracting Office, USAF Academy, CO., is requesting information from any company that can provide services to the USAFA Hospital as stated in the requirements listed below. This is a sources sought synopsis, which will be utilized for market research purposes. Requirement number 1: Maintenance agreement through FY 2001 covering all repair service, replacement parts and transportation for SMV DST-XL and FX-80 Gamma Cameras System. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7629 and the business size standard is $5,000,000 (annual receipts). Requirement number 2: Maintenance agreement through FY 2001 covering equipment repair and services, reagents, supplies, and controls, for Organon Teknika MTX Coagulation Analyzer. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7629 and the business size standard is $5,000,000 (annual receipts). Requirement number 3: Maintenance agreement through FY 2001 covering preventative maintenance inspections and cleaning for 9 processors and 6 CADIs (processor chemical mixers). Contractor to ensure standardization of processors and compliance with FDA and ACR standards to maintain accreditation. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7629 and the business size standard is $5,000,000 (annual receipts). Requirement number 4: Maintenance agreement through FY 2001 covering equipment repair, warranted replacement parts, semi-annual preventative maintenance, and all software upgrades for the ESP 128 Blood Culture System. The Standard Industrial Classification Number is 7629 and the business size standard is $5,000,000 (annual receipts). Requirement number 5: Request an agreement through FY 2001 providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and or services necessary to perform blood bank services.
