The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a sole-source extension, on a month to month basis, not to exceed 12 months, to the International Switched Voice Service (ISVS) contract, DCA200-92-D-0008. The contractor is MCI Telecommunicatinos Corporation, 8200 Greensboro Drive, McLean, VA 22102. ISVS is for outbound voice and analog data transmission from any Government location in the 48 contiguous states and the District of Comlumbia, to international locations. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This contract action continues services until the remaining customers are transitioned to one of the two GSA contracts, the ID3 or FTS2001. This notice of intent is not a request for competitve proposals.
