The work consists of the vendor furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, labor and services necessary to install three (3) road highway crossing signals on the Valley Railway. Work includes design, furnish, install, test and document completed wired highway crossing instrument houses; installation of crossing protection equipment and removal of existing equipment; furnish and installation of cable in conduits; bonding of rail joints, installing fouling wires and bonds at turnouts; testing of the system; removal of retired equipment; sizing power cables; and providing a single phase 60 Hz power feed. All work will be performed within the boundary of Cuyahoga Valley National Valley Area, Brecksville, Ohio. The estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000.
