This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide an Interdisciplinary Advisement Program for the National Health Service Corps Scholars In-training. The contractor shall: develop a workplan for the project; provide guidelines for the advisement sessions; develop a resource manual; provide training; and submit a final report of the project. The Association of Clinicians for the Underserved is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is sixteen months.
