Request for Proposals No. 10181-00P090 (YY) for Indefinite Quantity contract for fee title and/or easement-type real estate appraisals on an as-needed basis prepared by fully-qualified real estate appraisers certified by the State of Hawaii. Initial contract shall be awarded for one year plus option to renew for up to 3 additional years. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions. Appraisals shall be of lands in Hawaii mostly consisting of wetlands, lands classified by the State as conservation and agriculture, transitional lands, ranches and timberlands.
