S -- CEMETERY RODENT CONTROL SERVICES SOL RFQ 600-081-00 DUE 090100 POC Mo Clary (562) 961-8061 FAX (562) 961-8067 This is a solicitation to provide Rodent Control Services to two participating VA National Cemeteries: (1) 22495 Van Buren Boulevard Riverside, CA 92518; and (2) 950 South Sepulveda Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90049. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to provide a monthly treatment program for field mice, ground squirrels and pocket gophers. The contract shall be for one base year, with the Government having the option to exercise four 1-year periods. Contractor will assume full responsibility for compliance with all Federal, State, County and local regulations governing approved techniques for rodent control. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business.
