Included in the work is demolition, masonry and other construction in accordance with plans and specifications (demolish brick veneer as noted on drawings; remove all existing appurtenances connecting brick veneer to its backing; construct and install standard, braced four feet by four feet square replacement brick panels; install flashing, retrofitted flashing, etc.; clean new veneers). Work is to be accomplished in phases of the building company areas. Period of performance is 300 days. SIC is 1741. Magnitude of project is $1,000,000 to $10,000,000. This acquisition is being solicited under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program under full and open competition. Bid date will be established when solicitation is issued.
