Included in the work is demolition, masonry and other construction in accordance with plans and specifications (demolish brick veneer as noted on drawings; remove all existing appurtenances connecting brick veneer to its backing; construct and install standard, braced four feet by four feet square replacement brick panels; install flashing, retrofitted flashing, etc.; clean new veneers). Work is to be accomplished in phases of the building company areas. Period of performance is 300 days. SIC is 1741. Magnitude of project is $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 and is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS. This acquisition is being solicited under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program under full and open competition. Bid date will be established when solicitation is issued.
