Work to be performed under this solicitation includes: office and shop modifications to include demolition of partitions, ceilings, fencing, and electrical equipment; light gage metal framing; insulation, vapor barriers, and sealants; sheet metal facing, modification of existing metal roof and roof trim; metal windows, metal doors and frames, and door hardware; fire rated gypsum board partitions and ceilings, panelized ceiling panels, floor coverings, and painting; pre-engineered building specialties including a new entrance awning; heating and ventilating equipment, and HVAC controls and ducts; modification of existing and installation of new fire sprinklers; and basic electrical requirements, grounding, conduit, wire and cables, boxes, wiring devices, equipment, lighting fixtures, and fire alarm devices.
