The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contractual relationship with a private entity or entities to install carpet in approximately 107 office/suites during the transition period (Dec. 1, 2000 through Jan. 3, 2001). The Contractor shall provide installation of carpet in six to seven Member Suites (approximately 158 square yards per suite), each night, within a scheduled nine hour window, (11:00pm to 8:00am), six nights a week (Sunday night through Friday night). Saturday night may be scheduled on an exceptional basis. Installation will be scheduled through the House Furniture Resource Center.
