Work includes but is not limited to converting the serving area to an A LA Carte operation. Provide new hoods as required. Rearrange toilets in servaing area and replace all fixtures. Toilets to meet ADA reuirements. Replace eleactrical service and bring electrical system up to new requirements. Replace ceilings, interior and exterior doors, flooring and light fixtures in the area to be renovated. Replace floor tiles in the dining rooms. Paint and repair all walls in the area to be renovated. The SIC code for this project is 1542 and the size standard is $27.5M. Solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside and is also subject to the availability of funds. The magnitude of the project is between $500,00 and $1,000,000.00. Once issued the solicitation package will be available for download from our home page. All responsible small businesses may submit a proposal which will be considered.
