The work consists of, but is not limited to, provision of traffic control in accordance with Delaware Dept of Transportation regulations, removal of lead-based paint from north and sourth approach girder spans and main span steel members and appurtenances with construction or placement of a containment system. The issue date for the solicitation is on, or about, Aug. 3, 2000, with bid opening on, or about Sept. 6, 2000. Solicitation documents will be furnished on CD-ROM only; hard copies will not be available. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the solicitation.
