All joints of the skylight system are to be replaced and/or reworked including the ridge cap and edge conditions. All work shall be performed from the roof. The building will be occupied during construction. Work is contemplated to move sequentially across the skylight so that the correlated partial area of atrium floor can be roped off as the work progresses. The Drawings consist of Sheets 27-A-001 through 27-A-006 and are copies of the "as-built" shop drawings describing the existing work in place, all of which is to be repaired. The estimated range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The completion time for this project is 80 days. This procurement is set aside for small business.
