The work includes but not limited to; (1) Replace existing chiller unit, and remote condenser and any other associated equipment to restore HVAC to the office area. (2)Contractor shall be responsible to; (3) Replace damaged chiller, remote chiller condenser and all associated equipment to the system to restore HVAC to the office area. (4) New unit shall be a high efficiency unit and shall provide comparable airflow, heat and cooling capacity. Existing unit is a 40-ton Carrier chiller unit with known damage to the chiller tube and condenser. (5) Flush, dry and restore entire freon lines. (6) All work to include all piping, pipe insulation, power and control wiring. (7) Submittals are required as follows: Chiller and condenser; Provide all manufacturer's technical information for the new chiller, condenser, and other major HVAC equipment that will be required. Allow 14 days for Contracting Officer's review. (8) Warranties: Provide manufacturers warranty for repair work. (9) Safety plan. (10) Environmental Plan (11) Quality Control Plan.
