items: A. Master EPU B. Slave EPU 12.1 x 6.05 x 5.6, Wt. = 12 lbs each
C. Fuel Flow Signal Conditioner (FFSC), 7.5 x 5.0 x 2.75, Wt. = 4.7
lbs. D. D. Umbilical Display Unit (UDU) (3.17 x 3.5 x 4.95, Wt. = 2.0
lbs. FORM, FIT, FUNCTION: A & B -- Aluminum case with Electronic
Processors (circuit cards) inside that receives, processes, and Stores
performance data from aircraft sensors and engine sensors. C

contractor, Paradigm Mfg, Inc, CAGE: 66423 This is a non competitive
item purchase. There are no Government Drawings or specifications
Available for this solicitation. This is not a small business
set-aside. The Government anticipates releasing a paper Request for
Proposal (RFP) on or about 30 Jul 2000 to source(s)requesting a RFP
document. Fax requests to the point of contact (POC) are allowed and
should be requested in time to meet the RFP response date. CBD Notes 22
and 26 are applicable. All potential offerors should contact the
buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or
to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your
concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has
been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors
during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman
does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting
Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements,
and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
