This Market Survey is to locate sources for Forward Field Service Representative (FSR) support for the Advanced Quicklook (AQL) system. AQL is the Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) portion of the GUARDRAIL/COMMON SENSOR (GR/CS) weapon system. The GR/CS systems are currently fielded in four locations: Korea and Europe (OCONUS) and Georgia and Texas (CONUS). The main duty of the FSR will be to provide on-site repair, maintenance and training for AQL. Training will include training of military personnel as well as Tobyhanna Army Depot FSRs on the maintenance of the AQL system. This support will be provided at the four current locations and at any deployed site in both peacetime and wartime. Respondents must be able to provide personnel with at least 5 years experience in repair of AQL. The personnel provided for this effort will be under the direction of the on-site Tobyhanna Army Depot FSR. Contracted FSRs will provide monthly status reports that will describe in detail work performed, cost of work performed and identification of failure trends that may lead to modifications to improve reliability of the AQL.
